Brandon is hands down the best trainer I have ever worked with! He is creative in his fitness planning and attentive to my thoughts regarding my personal health goals and outcomes. He challenges me on a daily basis but works to ensure that I obtain a practical level of physical activity. Over time I can tell that I have become significantly stronger and my endurance and energy levels have increased. Brandon consistently educates himself and makes sure that my personal fitness goals are met in a variety of ways. He has displayed on many occasions that not only am I his client, but that he cares about my overall well-being. Through general conversation and suggestions regarding my personal growth, nutrition, and mental wellness, Brandon has become much more than my fitness coach as an exceptional friend. Through my many seasons of transition, Brandon has been patient and flexible, and ultimately makes sure that my personal circumstances and his fitness training are a good fit. Within the last few months, Brandon and I have transitioned from face to face sessions to virtual sessions which are not much different. Brandon has dedicated the same amount of time into the virtual sessions, commits to meeting with me on a weekly basis, and ultimately continues to provide challenging daily workouts. Brandon has kept me afloat for the last few years and he is someone that I highly recommend! I could not see myself with any other trainer! He is simply the best!!

 Before 2020, I was gaining weight for quite some time and even with hard work and diet, it seemed I could not return to what I once was. Finally, earlier this year, a new doctor found my thyroid was completely out of whack and was causing my body to continue to gain weight over the years as well as causing other issues. Who knew?!? 

While getting my thyroid back to normal, for the first time in a long time, my hard work was actually doing something. It was still difficult to keep my motivation up but I had a lot of extra help from my awesome trainer, Brandon Nicholson. Thank you for always motivating me and designing my virtual workout plans personalized for me. I know I would not have been able to do this without your weekly guidance and consistent motivation in not only my workouts but also nutrition. So thank you Impact Personal Training! I love our virtual setup!
